Women's Body Design
A woman's body line matters less for what is reduced than for what is connected well
The abdomen, waist, arms, bra line, thighs and hip line look like separate areas, but the real impression is decided by their connection. We read your proportion together with the areas that concern you, and propose the direction of planning that suits your body.
When You Feel It
It may not be excess weight — it may be that the line reads broken
A woman's body line is decided by proportion and connection more than by weight. If even one of the concerns below sounds like you, come and read the line with us at consultation.

- 01My weight is not high, but my waist looks heavy
- 02My arms and bra line make my upper body look large
- 03The border between my abdomen and flank looks blurred
- 04My inner thigh and the under-buttock line look joined
- 05My hip dips or pelvic line look hollow
- 06An uneven or unnatural line remains after previous surgery
Why Connection Matters
A woman's body line reads as a flow, not as one area
In a woman's physique, the connection of waist, pelvis, hip and thigh largely decides the whole impression. Reducing only the abdomen or only the thigh can still look awkward if the surrounding connection does not match. The strengths of your current physique and the connecting zones that fall short have to be assessed together.
01
Waist-to-pelvis connection
The curve running from the waist into the pelvis decides the impression of an S-line.
02
Pelvis-to-hip volume balance
The difference in where volume sits between pelvis and hip strongly affects the rear view.
03
Hip-to-thigh transition
The leg only reads long when the under-buttock and thigh connection is tidy.
04
Arm-to-bra-line upper balance
How the inner and outer arm connect to the back line creates the impression of upper-body thickness.
05
Abdomen-to-flank definition
When the border between abdomen and flank is blurred, the whole line reads heavy.

Self-Classification
Concerns can look alike, but the cause may differ
Even when the visible line looks similar, the cause may differ. Rather than deciding the extent of surgery from a photograph alone, it matters to read your body structure and tissue condition together at consultation.
Type 01
Thick fat layer
When a thick fat layer overall blurs the border of the line
Type 02
Reduced skin firmness
When skin laxity after childbirth or weight change affects the impression of the line
Type 03
Strong muscle development
When muscle thickness from training habits changes the impression of the line
Type 04
Strong skeletal influence
When structure such as pelvic width or iliac height governs the impression of the line
Type 05
Adhesion or imbalance after previous surgery
When tissue condition — revision, depression, asymmetry — matters more
If your type is hard to judge on your own, we can confirm it together at consultation. Even the same impression of a line can call for a different plan depending on the cause.

The measure of a good line is a balance that reads naturally in daily life.
Doctor Consultation
The consultation is the first step of planning your line
A women's body consultation is where the impression of your current line and the direction of planning are organised together, before deciding whether surgery is possible area by area.

- Reading the areas that concern you together with whole-body proportion
- Assessing the fat layer and tissue condition by ultrasound if needed
- Explaining priority rather than what is surgically possible area by area
- Natural connection before dramatic change
- Recovery and scar position considered too

FAQ
Women's body design — frequently asked questions
Q. In what order does a women's body design consultation run?
Five steps: identifying the areas of concern → assessing physique and proportion → ultrasound analysis if needed → explaining the possible direction → surgical priority and recovery plan. We do not conclude from a photograph alone; we confirm it together at consultation.
Q. Can I consult about the abdomen and thighs together?
Assessing them together can help the connection of the line. How much can be done in one session varies with your stamina, capacity to recover and the size of the areas, so we organise the priorities together at consultation.
Q. Do the hip line and the thigh have to be read together?
The connecting zone between the under-buttock and the thigh strongly governs how long the leg reads and the impression of the line. We therefore recommend reading the upper thigh and the under-buttock line together when assessing the hip line.
Q. Can liposuction and fat grafting be planned together?
In some cases an integrated plan is possible — suctioning where it is needed and grafting where it falls short. Whether it is possible and to what extent is explained after assessing your condition at consultation.
Q. Can I consult if I am unhappy with my line after previous surgery?
Line imbalance after previous surgery — revision, adhesion, depression, asymmetry — can also be consulted on. The body re-design and adhesion reset pages carry more detail.
Q. Should I lose weight before consulting?
If a large change in weight is planned, we sometimes suggest consulting afterwards. But the impression of your current line can also be a structural matter unrelated to weight, so we judge it together at consultation.
Q. How is the scar position decided?
We give priority to the line of your clothes, the position of underwear, and the areas hidden in everyday posture. The possible incision position can differ by area, so we explain it in advance at consultation.
