Venus Dimple · Sacral · Waist-to-Pelvis Line
The elegance of a back view is completed by a small dimension below the waist.
Venus dimples look natural not through excessive manipulation but by delicately designing the line that flows from the waist to the sacrum, the posterior pelvis, and the upper hip.

A small shadow below the waist greatly shapes the impression of a back view.
Though small in area, Venus dimples are a detail that creates dimension in the waist and posterior pelvis and changes the mood of a back view.
WHAT IS VENUS DIMPLE
What are Venus dimples?
Venus Dimples are small dimples that form naturally on both sides of the sacrum below the waist. They are an entirely different area from dimples on the buttock or gluteal fold, sitting on the line where the waist meets the posterior pelvis. In the West they are called 'Venus Dimples' or 'Back Dimples,' and when wearing a bikini, swimwear, or crop top they become a small accent on the lower-back view.
When present congenitally
A case where they form naturally due to skeletal structure. We correct them when they are asymmetric or when you want them more distinct.
When absent congenitally
A case where the area is flat. We design natural dimples with autologous fat grafting or filler.

ANALYSIS MAP
Venus dimple assessment points

We measure the position on both sides above the sacrum, the left–right spacing, and the depth together, then decide the position and size of the dimples at the design stage.

The impression of a back view changes with a small shadow below the waist.
Venus dimples are an area that makes a difference in detail rather than a large change. Subtle dimension below the waist can make the line that flows into the posterior pelvis and upper hip look more refined.
SACRAL · PELVIC HARMONY
Balance of the waist–sacrum–posterior pelvis line

The shadow below the waist is created not by a single point but by the structure where the sacrum, posterior pelvis, and upper hip connect.
PROCEDURE
Two methods for designing Venus dimples
Autologous fat grafting
The patient's own fat is micro-grafted on both sides of the sacrum. We design dimples that look natural and are maintained over the long term.
- ✓ The most natural line
- ✓ Long-term maintenance
- ✓ Low chance of a foreign-body reaction
Filler correction
Filler is used when fat is insufficient or when you want to start simply. Immediate effect, maintained 6–12 months.
- ✓ Return to daily life the same day after the procedure
- ✓ Immediate change
- ✓ An easy start
WHY NB
Venus dimple design, why it should be NB
01
Precise anatomical position design
Venus dimples must be designed at the precise position between the sacrum and ilium. An experienced plastic surgery specialist sets the position according to anatomical criteria.
02
Designing the dimple within the line
Rather than making just a single point, we design the dimple within the line flow that continues from the waist to the sacrum, posterior pelvis, and upper hip.
03
Precise left-right symmetry design
After measuring the position, size, and depth of both dimples, we pursue a natural result that minimizes asymmetry.
04
Careful privacy protection
As it is a sensitive area, we make careful confidentiality a principle from consultation through the procedure.

More than excessive volume, refined back-view detail is remembered longer.
Venus dimples are not an exaggeration that transforms the entire back view, but a detail design that makes the shadows of the waist and posterior pelvis more refined. A small difference, yet it can make a clear difference in the impression of a back view.

The refinement of a line begins from the position of a small shadow.
What matters more than the Venus dimple itself is where that dimple sits within the line of the waist and posterior pelvis. NB designs it within the line, not as a single point.

CONSULTATION
We design it within the line, not as a single point.
After checking the sacral position, left–right spacing, and the line below the waist together in the consultation room, we guide you step by step on whether autologous fat grafting or filler suits you.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions about Venus dimples
Q. Can anyone have Venus dimples made?
It depends on the skeletal structure and the tissue condition of the area. We guide you on feasibility after direct diagnosis by the doctor.
Q. Which is better, autologous fat grafting or filler?
Autologous fat grafting is more natural and maintained over the long term. If fat volume is insufficient or you want to start simply, filler is used.
Q. When can I return to daily life after the procedure?
A light return to daily life is possible the same day for filler and after 2–3 days for autologous fat grafting.
Q. How much does it hurt?
It is performed under local anesthesia. Light bruising or swelling may occur after the procedure but subsides within a few days.
Q. I have Venus dimples — is asymmetry correction also possible?
Yes. When one side is deeper or in a different position, we design a correction.

NB VENUS DIMPLE SHAPING
For detail that suits your back view, start the consultation from the line.
Venus dimples are not a point made the same way for everyone. To look natural, the lower-back shape, sacral area, and the dimension and balance of the posterior pelvis must be viewed together with an individual approach.
