Cellulite does not go away with dieting

Cellulite is a matter of "fat structure", not the amount of fat

Correcting the fibrous structure of the fat itself, rather than treating only the surface

Which cellulite type is mine?

Still uneven after losing weight

The cellulite stays the same no matter how often I diet

Orange-peel skin on thighs and buttocks

The surface of my skin is uneven and dimpled

Dimples deepen when I sit

They show far more clearly when I sit or the area is pressed

Repeated dieting changes nothing

The cellulite persists regardless of my weight

You are not alone in these concerns

01

Unchanged by dieting

It is frustrating that the cellulite stays even as my weight goes down

02

I dislike it being visible

I lose confidence wearing shorter clothes or swimwear

03

Massage and creams have limits

Whatever I try is temporary, with no real improvement

04

Worried it may come back

I worry it may return even after correction

Why NB for cellulite correction

Fat Structure Analysis

Ultrasound Analysis of Fibrous Septae

The fibrous structure within the subcutaneous fat layer is analysed in detail by ultrasound

Layer Correction

Layer-by-Layer Fat Tissue Correction

We correct the fibrous structure of the fat itself, not the surface

Surface Remodeling

Skin Surface Texture Renewal

Skin firmness and surface evenness improve together after treatment

Minimal Trauma

Precise, Minimal-Trauma Technique

A fine-grained approach that puts recovery of the skin surface first

We do not correct all cellulite with a single method

At NB, adhesion release is the basis, but the depth and extent of adhesion, the degree of depression, the amount of surrounding fat and left-right asymmetry are assessed together during examination, and only the techniques needed are combined. The three are not performed identically on every patient.

Primary

Adhesion Release (Subcision)

The fibrous bands pulling the skin downward are released selectively. This is the primary axis of correction at NB and the first option considered when adhesion is the cause of the depression.

Selective

Focal Fat Grafting

Autologous fat is grafted focally, only in areas where a depression remains from insufficient volume after the adhesion has been released. It is not performed on every area.

Selective

Limited Liposuction

Where surrounding fat is excessive and makes the step-off look larger, limited liposuction is combined in the adjacent area to soften the border.

Depending on the degree of adhesion, some depression may remain, and correction may be divided into stages or require additional refinement. Recovery pace and results vary between individuals, and the direction of treatment is decided after examination.

How daily life changes

It is not that the cellulite disappears — the texture of the skin surface itselfchanges

Legal Notice

If care cannot be provided due to reasons such as equipment malfunction, the affected care item may not be offered; as a service item, it is non-refundable.

Depending on your constitution and healing process, side effects such as swelling, bruising, inflammation, and scarring may occur after surgery.

  • Bruising, swelling and a temporarily firm feel to the touch may occur where adhesions were released.
  • Excessive direct pressure should be avoided in areas where fat grafting was also performed.
  • Maintain compression care within the range required in areas where liposuction was also performed.
  • Some of the grafted fat may be absorbed over time.
  • Some depression may remain, or left-right asymmetry may be observed.
  • Depending on the degree of adhesion, correction may be staged or additional refinement may be required.
  • Recovery pace and results vary between individuals.
