We check the fat volume and distribution of the soft tissue around the cheeks, under-chin, below the jawline, and cheekbone together with ultrasound. We look at the flow of the entire facial line, not just one area.
Skin elasticity & laxity check
We look at whether the skin can re-drape after fat is reduced and whether laxity below the jawline is present. If elasticity is insufficient, tightening such as FaceTite can be considered as a complementary strategy.

If skin elasticity is insufficient, FaceTite as a complementary strategy
If the skin is unlikely to re-drape after fat removal, tightening such as FaceTite can be considered as a complement. It is not needed for everyone and is decided according to elasticity.

No. Rather than the amount removed, the design that distinguishes the volume to preserve from the weight to reduce matters more. Over-suction can lead to hollowing or a sagging impression, so we set an appropriate range within the overall facial proportions.
With sufficient skin elasticity, the skin re-drapes naturally after fat removal. However, if laxity below the jawline is present, we also assess the potential for skin contraction and, if needed, advise combined tightening during consultation.
No. With sufficient skin elasticity, liposuction alone is enough. It is a strategy considered as a complement when reduced elasticity is present, and it is not combined by default.
Early swelling decreases significantly within 1–2 weeks, and the final line is seen after 2–3 months. Individual results may vary.
