We do not create an excessive bone-shaved line. We consider the soft volume to preserve above and below the jawline, and refine only the blurred line for a natural contour.

When facial fat is excessive and the line is blurred, refining fat below the mandibular line alone can create a defined jawline contour. If the bone itself is the cause, we distinguish it clearly in consultation and advise accordingly.
