Adonis V-Line · Lower Abs · Pelvis Edge
The last line of a six-pack — we design the Adonis V-line too.
The Adonis V-line is the masculine V-shaped contour created together by the lower abdomen, the obliques and the line above the pelvis. NB evaluates the fat layer, muscle contour and left–right balance together to design a natural, defined lower-abdominal V-line.
Your V-Line Concern Type
What's your V-line concern?
Even with training, the external oblique line at the flank doesn't show
Thick Lower AbdomenThe abs are there, but a slight fullness in the lower abdomen blurs the line
Weak Line Above the PelvisThe line dropping into a V above the pelvis is weak
Busy ScheduleThere isn't enough time to train, so the V-line impression is weak

Empathy
If the abs show, but
the V-line stays faint
- Even with training, the external oblique line doesn't show
- The abs are there, but the V-line doesn't feel finished
- The lower abdomen and the line above the pelvis look flat
- The border between the flank and the abdomen looks blurred
- The V-line doesn't come through in athletic wear
- A busy schedule makes lower-abdomen upkeep hard
If the V-line stays faint even after training up your abs
Rather than simply reducing the abdomen further, the lower-abdominal fat layer, the oblique connection and the line above the pelvis have to be evaluated together for the Adonis V-line to emerge naturally. Why V Lines Blur
Four reasons a V-line blurs
Flank Fat Layer
When a thin fat layer remains over the external oblique, the V-line looks blurred from its very entry.
Lower-Abdomen Thickness
When the lower-abdominal fat layer is thick, the finish of the V looks weak even with an ab line present.
The Edge Above the Pelvis
When the line dropping outward above the pelvis is weak, the angle of the V looks blurred.
Oblique-to-Lower-Abdomen Link
When the external oblique and the lower-abdominal line are broken apart, a 'sculpted V' impression doesn't form.
What is Adonis V-Line
Where exactly is the Adonis line?
The Adonis V-line isn't a single line — it's the connection running from below the obliques up over the pelvis.
The Adonis line isn't a term for a single line at the groin. It means the masculine V-shaped contour that runs from below the obliques, across the lower abdomen, up to the line above the pelvis.
In other words, the lower-abdominal fat layer, the oblique connection, the contour above the pelvis and the natural flow in the inguinal direction all have to be refined together for a sharper, more refined Adonis V-line impression to come together.
Oblique Connection
We evaluate whether the side line of the six-pack and the lower-abdominal V-line run together naturally.
Lower-Abdominal Fat Layer
When the lower-abdominal fat layer is thick, the Adonis V-line can look faint.
The Line Above the Pelvis
The contour above the pelvis is an important reference point for creating a masculine V impression.
Left–Right Balance
If only one side is strong, or it's asymmetric, it doesn't look natural — so we look at both sides' connection together.

Candidate Types
Which Adonis V-line type are you?
The reason a V-line stays faint even with abs differs from person to person. The design direction changes depending on which is weaker — the obliques, the lower abdomen or the line above the pelvis.

Faint Oblique Line
Even with training, the external oblique line at the flank doesn't show, so the entry of the V is weak.
Thick Lower Abdomen
The abs are there, but the lower-abdominal fat layer remains, so the finish of the V looks faint.
Weak Line Above the Pelvis
The V angle dropping outward above the pelvis is weak, so the contour looks flat.
Balanced V-Line
There's no major imbalance, but you want to reinforce the Adonis V impression one step sharper.
Analysis Map
External oblique · Lower abdomen · Pelvis · Symmetry
four areas read in a single view
The inguinal V-line isn't about looking at one line only — it's the connection created together by the lower-abdominal fat layer, the obliques, the line above the pelvis and the waist taper. So the individual's abdominal structure and left–right balance are assessed first, and then a direction that can emerge naturally is designed.

- ObliquesThe external oblique line, and the strength of the V's entry
- Lower AbsThe lower-abdominal fat layer, and the smoothness of the V's finish
- Pelvis EdgeThe outer line above the pelvis, which decides the V angle
- SymmetryBalance of the V angle and depth between the two sides
Method · Principle
An Adonis V-line looks natural
only when the connection is designed
The Adonis V-line isn't a matter of carving one spot deeply — it's a design that refines the lower-abdominal fat layer and lets the flow running from the obliques to the line above the pelvis emerge naturally. The appropriate design intensity can differ with each person's muscle structure, fat-layer thickness and skin condition.
Integrated V-Line Design
We don't look at the abs alone — the external obliques, lower abdomen and the line above the pelvis are seen at once.
Precise Inferolateral Refinement
We precisely design the strength of the inferolateral line dropping from the external oblique to the pelvis.
Precise Symmetry Analysis
We compare the V angle on both sides to design a balanced V finish.
A Natural V Finish
We prioritize a naturally athletic V finish over 'over-sculpting.'

NB Design Solution
Concern → Design match
Faint oblique line
→Precise External Oblique Contour
We precisely refine the fat layer along the external oblique line to bring out the entry of the V.
Lower-abdomen thickness
→Lower-Abdominal Line Refinement
We refine the lower-abdominal fat layer so the finish of the V falls naturally.
Weak line above the pelvis
→Outer Refinement Above the Pelvis
We precisely design the V angle dropping outward above the pelvis.
Left–right imbalance
→V Symmetry Correction
We evaluate the difference in the V angle and depth on both sides together.

Consultation & Ultrasound
We look at your lower abdomen together,
and draw the V together
After comparing the external oblique and lower-abdominal fat layers and the outer pelvic line left to right with ultrasound, we put your body type and target V angle on the monitor and design it together.
- ·Measuring the external oblique and lower-abdominal fat layers in millimetres
- ·Left–right comparison of the outer line above the pelvis
- ·Deciding the treatment depth and amount by area in advance
- ·Explaining the range of change when training is combined

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Are the Adonis line and the inguinal line the same thing?
Not exactly. The Adonis line refers to the masculine V-shaped contour where the lower abdomen, the obliques and the line above the pelvis appear connected, while the inguinal line is anatomically closer to the border running where the lower abdomen meets the inner thigh. On this page the two terms are explained together as 'Adonis V-line · inguinal direction' to make the overlapping area easier to understand.
Q. Can anyone get an Adonis V-line?
How far it can emerge differs with each person's muscle structure, fat-layer thickness, skin condition and left–right balance. In the consultation we assess the actual structure and then explain the achievable range and an appropriate intensity.
Q. Should I consult about it together with six-pack design?
Because the lower-abdominal V-line connects with the bottom of the six-pack, the obliques and the line above the pelvis, evaluating it together with ab design gives a better read on how complete the overall abdominal line will be.
Q. Do I need a six-pack for a V-line?
The more the rectus abdominis is developed the more the impression comes alive, but the V-line is an impression created by the flank, lower abdomen and the line above the pelvis together — not by the abs alone. We evaluate them together in the consultation.
Q. Is a V-line possible without exercise?
The range of results can differ with how developed the existing muscle is. Whether to combine exercise is decided in the consultation.
Q. How long is recovery?
On average 1–2 weeks to return to daily life and 4–6 weeks of compression care. Recovery may vary by individual.
Q. Will there be a scar?
We minimize the incision location to the inner lower abdomen and around the pubic area so scars are barely visible.

Designs worth seeing together
Because the Adonis V-line is where the bottom of the six-pack, the flank and the line above the pelvis connect, consulting about it together with ab design gives a more accurate read on the balance of the overall abdominal line.
