Hip volume isn't simply a matter of more or less. Where the volume sits — and how it's distributed — determines your entire lower body silhouette.
Why volume placement matters
The ideal hip volume sits in the upper third of the buttock. When volume is concentrated here, it creates the natural curve from waist to hip and gives the lifted appearance when viewed from the side. Volume that collects in the lower portion of the hip creates the opposite — a dropped, flat effect.
NB's Apple Hip approach
NB's Apple Hip design uses autologous fat grafting. Fat is harvested from the thighs or abdomen, purified, and precisely placed in the desired zones. Because we use your own tissue, there's no foreign-body sensation — and we plan for reabsorption rates to ensure lasting results.
Hip and thigh as one system
Hip line doesn't exist independently. The transition from hip to rear thigh, and the outer hip flowing into the lateral thigh — these connections matter as much as the hip itself. NB designs the hip and thigh together for a cohesive lower body line.
