The inner line is hidden in the epicanthal fold and appears from about the inner 1/3 of the eye, widening naturally toward the outside
In-out
A natural line that starts attached to the inner corner and gradually widens toward the outside
Semi-out
A line that starts slightly away from the inner corner, is visible along its whole length, and widens toward the outside
Out-line
A distinct line that stays away from the upper lid margin from inner to outer, appearing relatively parallel

PROCEDURE METHOD
How do the double-eyelid methods differ?
The way a line is made also varies with eyelid thickness, skin laxity, and fat volume. The buried-suture, partial-incision, and incision methods differ in incision extent and degree of tissue refinement.
Buried-suture method
Through small openings, a suture passes in and out, connecting the skin's dermis with the levator / levator-tarsal complex layer to create a line.
Thin eyelids · little excess skinPartial-incision method
Mostly done like the buried-suture method, but with a short incision in part of the center-to-outer area to adjust some orbital fat or the soft tissue around the line.
