Soft Center Line
Light — a soft vertical line
Not bodybuilder abs, but a direction where only the centre vertical line is softly tidied. Enough to change the impression naturally, even under clothes.

NB HD 11 ABS DESIGN
For those considering abdominal liposuction, and for those whose abdominal line never shows despite exercise and diet. NB reads the abdominal fat layer, cellulite, the waist and the rear-flank flow together and plans the definition, from Soft Center Line through to 360 S-Line.
From those who want only a soft line down the centre,
to those who want a 360 S-line connected through the waist and the rear view — the extent is adjusted at consultation.
11-line abs are not surgery that simply draws lines on the front of the abdomen
From an abdomen-centred 11-line to a 360 S-line body design — the extent and the definition are adjusted at consultationWhy Your Abs Don't Show
It may not be that muscle is lacking, but the thickness and texture of the fat layer. We look at cases where cellulite and a fibrosed fat layer hide the rectus abdominis line.
01
Fiber
Fibrous tissue at cellulite grade 2–3
At cellulite grade 2–3, fibrous tissue within the fat layer increases, and ultrasound may show fibrous tissue infiltrating thickly, particularly over the rectus abdominis and through the central abdominal fat layer.
02
Limit
Losing weight alone may not tidy it
In that case, simply reducing weight may not smooth the fat layer, and the abdominal line may not emerge as much as hoped.
03
Cause
The real reason the line does not show
One reason the abdominal line does not read clearly despite committed exercise and diet can be not only the thickness of the fat layer but its texture, the degree of cellulite and the distribution of fibrosed tissue.
04
NB Approach
Ultrasound assessment + VASER high-definition
NB checks the condition of the fat layer on ultrasound as well and, where needed, considers a VASER-led high-definition abdominal design.
This is general explanation. Whether it applies and the extent of surgery are decided after consultation and assessment.

Intensity Control
Not every woman wants sharply defined abs. But many prefer a softly tidied line to an abdomen with no vertical line at all. NB's 11-line abs put adjusting the definition first.

Soft Center Line
Light — a soft vertical line
Not bodybuilder abs, but a direction where only the centre vertical line is softly tidied. Enough to change the impression naturally, even under clothes.
02
Natural 11-Line
Medium — a natural, feminine 11-line
A feminine 11-line that reads as naturally as if you trained regularly. Never awkward in daily life, and subtly visible in a cropped top.
03
High-Definition 11-Line
Strong — cellulite and fibrosis considered
A direction to consider when cellulite or a fibrosed fat layer keeps the line from showing. VASER-led work on the fat layer adjusts the strength of the line.
04
360 S-Line Body Design
Combined — front, side and back as one
An integrated design that reads the front-abdomen 11-line together with the waist and rear flank, the erector spinae contour, Venus dimples and, where needed, hip fat grafting, out to a full 360 S-line.
Interactive Self-Check
Worried the abdominal line might become too much?
From those who want only a soft line down the centre,
to those considering a full abdominal 360 S-line —
use the questions below to find the direction closest to your taste and your body.
Check the six questions below and press ‘Check my 11-line type’.
The result is a self-check guide, not a diagnosis. What is actually possible and the extent of surgery are decided after consultation and assessment.
Abdomen-Focused Option
Not every 11-line abs design includes abdominal 360 liposuction or hip fat grafting. Where the body type is relatively good and the concern centres on the front abdomen rather than the flank and rear flank, a direction that tidies the upper and lower abdominal fat layer while designing only a centre vertical line — or a natural feminine 11-line — around the abdomen can be considered at consultation.
01
A design that softly tidies only the centre vertical line. It may suit those for whom very defined abs feel like too much.
02
We tidy the upper and lower abdominal fat layer and plan so a feminine 11-line reads naturally. It may suit those who want an abdomen that looks as if they train.
03
Where the concern centres on the front abdomen rather than the flank and rear flank, we confirm at consultation whether an abdomen-centred extent is possible.
What is actually possible can differ with the thickness of the fat layer, the degree of cellulite, skin firmness and the shape of the rectus abdominis. This is general guidance and does not replace a medical examination.
Scope Types
Even the same 11-line concern can call for a different extent of surgery, depending on body type and goal. We consider four directions, from abdomen-centred to an integrated 360 design.
Tidying the upper and lower abdomen with the 11-line at the centre. An extent considered where the body type is relatively good and only the line needs tidying.
Abdominal 360 liposuction plus a waist S-line. The most common extent, reading the flank and the waistline together.
A rear design reading abdominal 360, the rear flank, the erector spinae contour and Venus dimples together.
Where the harvested fat can be used, the most integrated design — connecting the waist-pelvis-hip S-line with hip fat grafting.

Front 11-Line
A feminine vertical-line plan reading the upper, mid and lower abdomen, the area around the navel and the lateral border of the rectus abdominis together. We put a natural flow of line first, rather than a male six-pack.
Upper abdomen
We assess the thickness and distribution of the upper-abdominal fat layer and plan the flow of the upper line.
Mid abdomen
We adjust the strength of the line along the lateral border of the rectus abdominis and the centre line.
Lower abdomen
The 11-line only reads naturally when the bulging lower abdomen is tidied with it.
Around the navel
The contour above and below the navel sets the mood of the line.
Lateral border of the rectus abdominis
We look to keep the side flow running softly along the lateral border of the rectus abdominis.
A feminine vertical line
We design around a feminine vertical line, not an overdone six-pack.
Whether the abdominal line can be formed can differ with the thickness of the fat layer, skin firmness, the degree of cellulite and the shape of the rectus abdominis.
360 S-Line Back
Making the front line alone does not bring the rear view with it. The flank, love handle, rear flank, erector spinae contour, Venus dimples and the waist-to-hip connection are read together in one 360 flow.
Flank and love handle
We tidy the curve that flows from the waist into the flank together.
Rear flank
The rear-flank line above the buttock sets the mood of the rear silhouette.
Erector spinae contour
We bring out the erector spinae line at the centre of the waist and read the flow that runs from the back into the waist.
Venus dimples
We assess how naturally the small hollows at the waist-pelvis border can read.
Waist-to-hip connection
We plan the natural flow of the curve running from waist into hip together.
The whole S silhouette
We aim for a 360 S-line whose flow stays alive from any direction — front, side or back.

VASER High-Definition
With a fat layer at cellulite grade 2–3, the line may not read clearly through weight loss alone. A VASER-led high-definition fat-layer design lets a more precise line plan be considered.
01
Working on the fibrosed fat layer
Using VASER, releasing fibrosed and clumped fat layers more precisely can be considered.
02
Adjusted along the rectus abdominis line
Along the rectus abdominis line, fat is adjusted selectively where needed to design the strength of the line.
03
An approach by cellulite grade
The degree of cellulite and what is possible are decided after assessment. Whether VASER is used, and to what extent, is read together at consultation.
Whether VASER is used and the extent of surgery are decided after consultation. Not every case needs VASER, and the degree of cellulite and what is possible are decided after assessment.
Ultrasound Before · After
An 11-line abs design is not surgery that simply draws lines on the surface. The way the line emerges can differ with the thickness and texture of the fat layer, the cellulite tissue and the state of the fibrous tissue over the centre of the rectus abdominis. NB reads the fat layer and cellulite changes on ultrasound, designing with both the outer line and the inner layer structure in view.

Fat-layer thickness and texture
The way the line emerges can differ with the thickness, texture and distribution of the fat layer.
Cellulite tissue distribution
We check the distribution of cellulite and fibrosed tissue on ultrasound as well.
The centre over the rectus abdominis
What is possible for the line can differ with the state of the fibrous tissue over the centre of the rectus abdominis.
Outer line ↔ inner layer
We decide the design direction with both the change in the outer line and the inner layer structure in view.
The image is conceptual material to aid understanding. The actual pattern of change and the extent of application can differ with your fat layer, the degree of cellulite, skin firmness and the extent of surgery.
Fat Transfer Connection
Where fat harvested from the abdomen and flank can be used, balancing hip volume can be considered, planning an S figure connected from waist through pelvis to hip. We read the 11-line and the S figure as one flow.
Donor area
We check the amount and distribution of fat that can be harvested from the abdomen and flank.
Graft area
We plan where and how much to fill for the S-line flow that runs from waist through pelvis to hip.
Whether fat grafting is possible
Whether it is possible and to what extent can differ with the amount of fat that can be harvested, skin firmness and the tissue condition.
Integrated planning
Liposuction and fat grafting are not read separately — they are planned together in one flow, the 360 S-line.
Whether fat grafting is applied and to what extent is decided after consultation, with your body type, the fat that can be obtained and the skin condition.

Surgeon Consultation
We read your taste in definition, the thickness of the fat layer, the degree of cellulite, the waist and rear-flank connection, hip volume balance and any previous procedures together, and decide the design direction from the 11-line through to the 360 S-line.
Preference
The definition you want
We organise together which of Soft, Natural, HD and 360 S-Line reads closest to your own impression.
Ultrasound
Fat-layer thickness and cellulite
We check the thickness of the fat layer, cellulite and the distribution of fibrosis on ultrasound.
Muscle
Rectus abdominis shape and line possibility
The strength and shape of the line can differ with the width and length of the rectus abdominis and the distribution of its lateral border.
Sides
Waist, rear flank and erector spinae flow
We read the possibility of a flank, rear-flank and erector spinae contour together and decide the direction of the 360 design.
Hip
Hip volume balance
We assess the flow of the hip line, whether fat grafting is possible and the areas available for harvest.
History
Previous procedures
Previous abdominal or fat-related procedures can affect the approach, so we check them together.
The outcome of consultation and what is possible can differ with your individual condition. This is general guidance and does not replace a medical examination.

FAQ
Even the same abs concern can have a different answer depending on the state of the fat layer, cellulite and the extent of surgery. The following is general guidance and does not replace a medical examination.
Q. Can the 11-line be kept from becoming too defined?
The strength of the line can be adjusted — light, medium, strong or combined. Not bodybuilder abs but, case by case, from a Soft Center Line that softly tidies only the centre, through a Natural 11-Line and a clearly defined High-Definition 11-Line, to an integrated 360 S-line design.
Q. Is it possible to take just the centre line lightly?
What is possible and whether it suits you can differ with the shape of the rectus abdominis, the thickness of the fat layer and skin firmness. A Soft Center Line direction, softly tidying only the centre vertical line, can be considered together after assessment.
Q. Why do my abs not show even though I exercise?
Not only the thickness of the fat layer but its texture, the degree of cellulite and the distribution of fibrosed tissue can have an effect. Where fibrous tissue has infiltrated over the rectus abdominis, the line may not read clearly even as you lose weight.
Q. Are 11-line abs difficult if I have cellulite?
Not so much difficult as approached differently. Where cellulite at grade 2–3 or a fibrosed fat layer is present, VASER-led work on the fat layer and a high-definition line design can be considered together. Whether it applies and to what extent is decided after assessment.
Q. Why is VASER liposuction needed?
Where the fat layer is fibrosed and clumped, releasing it more precisely with VASER can be considered. That said, not every case needs VASER, and whether it is used and to what extent is decided after consultation.
Q. Does it have to be done with abdominal 360 liposuction?
Tidying the abdomen through 360 degrees is often considered alongside, to make the 11-line read naturally. That said, where the body type is relatively good and only the line needs tidying, whether upper and lower abdominal suction with an abdomen-centred 11-line is possible is decided after assessment.
Q. Can an erector spinae contour or Venus dimples be done too?
Whether a waist, rear-flank, erector spinae or Venus dimple design is possible can differ with the distribution of the fat layer, muscle shape and skin firmness. They are considered together from the perspective of an integrated 360 S-line design, and what is possible is explained after assessment.
Q. Can hip fat grafting be done as well?
Where fat harvested from the abdomen and flank can be used, connecting the waist-pelvis-hip S-line with hip fat grafting can be considered. Whether it is possible depends on the amount of fat that can be harvested, skin firmness and the tissue condition.
Q. What does the ultrasound show?
We check the thickness and texture of the fat layer, the distribution of cellulite and fibrosed tissue, and the state of the fibrous tissue over the centre of the rectus abdominis. This is so the design direction is decided with the inner layer structure in view, not the outer line alone.
Q. How long does recovery take?
Compression garment wear, swelling and bruise care and radiofrequency care proceed in stages. Returning to daily life and the final tidying of the line take time, and the burden of recovery can differ with cellulite and fibrosis, and with whether hip fat grafting is done as well.
This is general guidance and does not replace a medical examination. What is actually possible and the recovery plan are decided after assessment and consultation.
