Why does the under-buttock look sunken?
Adhesion between the ischial tuberosity and skin
Beneath the ischial tuberosity (the bone that touches the floor when sitting), the skin and tissue adhere internally and are pulled. This is the direct cause of the hollow.
Why it is more common in Asian women
Asian women tend to have a thinner fat layer in this area, so an adhesion-caused hollow can look more pronounced. The more time spent sitting, the stronger the adhesion may become.
Why fat grafting alone is not enough
If fat is grafted without releasing the adhesion, it can be pulled again and re-depression may occur. The order changes the result.

It varies with the degree of adhesion, but release is possible in most cases. We guide you on feasibility after direct diagnosis by the doctor.
Q. Can re-depression occur after fat grafting?
If fat is grafted without releasing the adhesion, re-depression can occur. NB releases the adhesion first to reduce the chance of re-adhesion.
Q. What is the fat survival rate?
The degree of survival of grafted fat varies with individual recovery environment and care. When needed, NB performs staged supplemental grafting case by case to design a stable volume.
Q. Can pigmentation be treated together?
Pigmentation is treated with a separate laser toning procedure. If you'd like it together, we design an integrated plan.
Q. How long is the recovery period after the procedure?
