Acne Laser Design
Acne Type Analysis
We assess acne type (inflammatory, non-inflammatory, cystic, etc.) and skin condition to select the appropriate laser.
Sebaceous Gland Targeting
We selectively target sebaceous glands to reduce sebum production and suppress recurrence.
Pore & Texture Improvement
Pore size is reduced and skin texture refined for smoother-looking skin.
Scar Combination Management
We design combined treatments to address acne scars concurrently — managing pigmented and textural scars together.

Acne Laser FAQ
It depends on the type of active acne. Mild papular or comedonal acne can be treated with laser, but extensive severe cystic or pustular acne is generally managed with medication first to settle the inflammation before proceeding with laser. We assess your current skin condition at consultation and advise on the optimal timing.
Yes — laser is effective for acne scars depending on the scar type. Red scars (PIE) are treated with vascular laser, pigmented scars with pigmentation laser, and textural scars (ice pick, boxcar, rolling) with fractional laser and energy devices. Designing acne management and scar treatment concurrently is the most efficient approach.
Acne lasers simultaneously improve pore size and sebum production. Lasers targeting the sebaceous glands reduce sebum output while naturally decreasing pore size. However, dramatic improvement from a single session is unlikely; progressive improvement over a course of 3–6 or more sessions is typical.
