Wrong Start
The starting point is misplaced
If the radix is low and you begin midway up the bridge, the area between the eyes still reads hollow. The starting point decides the result.
Nose Only
The chin is left out
If the chin sits back, raising the nose pushes the profile further out of balance. Nose and chin sit on the same line.

When a marked structural change is needed
Reducing the size of a nose, changing the direction of tip cartilage, or straightening a clearly deviated axis
cannot be done by adding volume. Starting with filler in those cases spends time and money
without reaching the result you want.
Placement and depth are decided by palpation and ultrasound.

The nose is a high-risk area with a high density of vessels and a risk of serious complications including blindness. At NB, a surgeon who knows the vascular structure precisely performs the treatment personally.

Small amounts, in stages
With the nose, even a little makes a large change. We start with a small amount, check the shape and adjust. We never inject an excessive amount at once.

Hyaluronic acid only
Permanent fillers, silicone and collagen are never used in the nose. Hyaluronic acid can be dissolved if an adverse reaction occurs.

Design Principle
In a case, look at the reasoning,
not the size of the change
Two low noses are not the same: a low radix and a low dorsum are designed differently.
A case shows which criterion was used.
For a slight correction, it looks very natural. That said, injecting excessive volume ends up looking unnatural and is dangerous. NB works on the principle of natural, minimal correction.
Will I bruise a lot afterwards?
The nose has many vessels, so fine bruising can occur, but it mostly disappears within 3–5 days. We apply a careful injection technique that keeps bruising to a minimum.
Can I have rhinoplasty after nose filler?
Hyaluronic acid filler is absorbed naturally over time. Rhinoplasty is possible once the filler has been sufficiently absorbed. If you are in a hurry, it can be dissolved first.
How long does the effect last?
The nose moves little, so it lasts around 6–12 months. It can differ with the filler product, the area injected and your own metabolism.
I heard nose filler is dangerous.
It is true that the nose is a high-risk area. But when a surgeon versed in vascular anatomy injects an appropriate amount of hyaluronic acid filler, the risk is greatly reduced. It is non-specialists and excessive amounts that cause problems.
I am not sure whether rhinoplasty or nose filler is right for me.
