Under-eye fat repositioning is surgery that repositions the under-eye fat, while fat grafting adds volume to a hollowed under-eye. The suitable method differs by cause. It is judged in consultation.
Does midface fat grafting completely remove the nasolabial folds?
Rather than removing the fold directly, we restore cheek volume so the fold looks less deep. Severe folds may need an additional procedure.
Can I get it with filler?
Yes, depending on the area, combining fat grafting and filler can be effective. It is decided after a consultation with the doctor.
Is revision needed because graft survival is low?
