Why This Happens
Why does this happen?
Thick-looking arms are not only a matter of upper-arm fat. When the shoulder, biceps, triceps and upper arm are out of proportion, the whole arm reads as thick. Treating only the inner arm leaves it out of balance with the outer arm, and if the area around the elbow does not connect naturally, the arm line still looks off, even in sleeves.
Body Structure
The arm is connected all the way around
Inner arm, outer arm and the area around the elbow are one connected structure. Treating the inner arm on its own creates an imbalance with the outer arm that can make the whole arm look less natural, not more. NB Arm360 designs the inner arm, outer arm and shoulder connection as a single flow.
