Upper Arm Design · Biceps Contour · Masculine Arm Line
The impression of your arms is completed by the upper-arm line.
Upper arm muscle design analyzes both the fat layer and the muscle contour of the upper arm to sculpt the biceps and triceps into a sharper, more balanced masculine arm line.
Your Arm Concern Type
Which arm concern is yours?

Empathy
If your biceps stay soft
no matter how you train
- Even with training, the biceps outline isn't defined
- Even when I bend my arm, the biceps line doesn't stand out
- The back of the triceps looks blurred
- The arm line looks weak in a fitted sleeve
- The connection between shoulder and arm looks broken
- A busy schedule makes it hard to keep up training
Arm definition isn't built by exercise alone
Only by precisely refining the fat layer around the biceps and triceps does a sculpted muscle line emerge. Why Arm Looks Soft
The upper-arm line is not about the biceps alone
Four factors work together when an arm line looks weak. Emphasizing only the biceps can separate it from the shoulder and break the proportion.
Upper-Arm Fat Thickness
A thin fat layer over the biceps and triceps can blur the line's impression.
Fascial Border Contrast
When the contrast between fascia is weak, the arm looks flat regardless of training volume.
Rear Triceps Line
If the back of the triceps isn't refined, the rear of the arm looks weak.
Shoulder–Arm Link
Emphasizing only the biceps separates it from the shoulder and unbalances the whole arm.

Biceps · triceps · lateral · shoulder link
reading all four areas in one map

- BicepsThe biceps peak and the strength of the flex line
- TricepsThe rear triceps line and the impression of the arm's back
- Outer ArmThe lateral upper-arm line and its impression under clothes
- Shoulder LinkThe deltoid–biceps junction, where the arm begins
Why NB
What sets NB upper arm design apart
360° Arm Line Analysis
We assess front, back, inner and outer at once to read the biceps and triceps borders precisely.
Upper–Lower Arm Integration
We design continuously from the upper arm to the forearm so the line never breaks.
Shoulder-Link Design
We include the shoulder–upper-arm junction and consider where the arm line begins.
Adhesion-Minimizing Design
The arm moves constantly, so adhesion risk is higher. We follow adhesion-minimizing principles.
NB Design Solution
Concern → Design match
Weak biceps contour
→Precise Biceps Contouring
We refine precisely along the biceps border to bring out the flex impression.
Blurred triceps line
→Triceps Line Refinement
We refine the back of the triceps for a firm rear-arm line without sag.
Weak overall arm line
→Full Upper-Arm Sculpting
We integrate the biceps, triceps and lateral line for a balanced arm proportion.
Left–right imbalance
→Arm Symmetry Correction
We analyze the difference in fat layers between sides to balance them.
Consultation & Ultrasound
We look at your arm together
and draw the line together
After comparing the upper-arm fat layer and muscle borders side to side with ultrasound, we put your own body and target arm line on the monitor and design it together.
- ·Measure the upper-arm fat layer in millimeters
- ·Compare the biceps and triceps borders side to side
- ·Predetermine treatment depth and volume by area
- ·Guide the recovery schedule around arm movement

The NB Standard of Results
What changes
Line design based on all-around analysis
A sculpted arm where the muscle borders emerge naturally
An arm line that flows on from the shoulder
Adhesion-minimizing principles for an arm that moves often
Why patients choose NB upper arm design
- Experience in 360° all-around arm line analysis
- A principle of integrated biceps, triceps and shoulder design
- Natural line design linking the upper and lower arm
- Adhesion-minimizing technique applied
- Consultation and surgery performed directly by the surgeon
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Q. If my arms are very thin, will the biceps not show?
The fat-layer thickness and muscle position matter more than arm size itself. We check your current state with ultrasound before setting the design direction.
Q. Is a defined line possible without exercise?
The range of results varies with how developed your biceps and triceps already are. Whether to combine training is decided in consultation.
Q. How long is recovery?
On average 1–2 weeks to return to daily life and 4–6 weeks of compression care. The arm moves a lot, so strenuous exercise must be limited, and recovery can vary by individual.
Q. Will there be a scar?
We minimize the incision on the inner arm or the armpit, so it stays nearly invisible even when exposed.
