How we handle your details for an online consultation

• What we process — Required: name, contact number, area of interest · Optional: country · Collected automatically: site language, time of request, and a random identifier used to prevent duplicate submissions
• Processor — to alert our staff that your request has arrived, the name and contact number you entered above, together with the area of interest you selected, are sent through our SMS processor, Solapi Co., Ltd. (SOLAPI), to a single clinic staff number. No message is sent to you, and none of this is marketing. Your country, site language, time of request, and the duplicate-prevention identifier are not sent.
• Legal basis — Article 15(1)4 of the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. We use your details to confirm your request, reply to it, and guide you through booking.
• Retention — 90 days from the date of your request, after which the record is deleted without delay. Even if your request leads to a booking or treatment, this consultation record is still deleted after 90 days.
• If you do not provide the required details, we may not be able to reply to your online request. You can also reach us by phone, on KakaoTalk, or by visiting the clinic.
• Please do not enter health information — illnesses, medications, past surgeries, or pregnancy — at the online request stage. If any of it is needed, we will ask during the consultation itself, with a separate notice and your explicit consent.
