The word 'natural' is overused in aesthetic surgery. At NB, a natural result does not mean one where the surgery is invisible — it means the post-surgical silhouette feels as if it was always that person's body. High-resolution pre-operative ultrasound is NB's standard protocol. Confirming fat layer depth, fibrous fat content and vessel location prevents asymmetric removal or over-aspiration during surgery. Ultrasound data defines how much to remove in each zone — making NB surgery data-driven rather than intuition-driven.

Body shape does not exist only from the front. The lower back, lateral thighs and posterior arms all need to be designed in full 360° for a complete silhouette. NB does not design each procedure in isolation. The impact of each individual area's improvement on the whole-body proportion is simulated before the surgical sequence and scope are decided.
